Our Take

The Zoom 360 Ultralight combines a locking 12.5 in front wheel, 16 in rear pneumatic tires and rear suspension. The pump and parent organizer are included. Joovy publishes a 25.7 lb specification and a 75 lb, 44 in rider ceiling, but the high weight limit does not guarantee a comfortable fit for a tall child.

BabyGearLab scores it 60/100 in its jogging test and found it difficult to run with. Before use, check the recall label: if your unit is an affected 8060/8061/8067/8069 with a March–October 2020 batch date, stop using the stroller immediately and contact Joovy for the free front-fork-bearing repair kit; resume use only after completing the remedy. The stroller seat starts at three months in full recline; that is not a running-age recommendation.

What we like - Pneumatic tires, rear suspension and included pump. - Long published rider limits.

Worth knowing - Fixed handlebar and weak tested running performance. - Affected recalled units require stop-use and repair before riding.

Best for Families wanting an inexpensive full-size outdoor stroller who accept its tested running limitations.

Consider another option if You train regularly, need an adjustable handle or cannot accommodate the large fold.

What we like

  • Long published ride limits — 75 lb and 44 in in the manual
  • Air-filled 16 in tires, swivel-lock front wheel and pump included
  • Owners: smooth locked-wheel ride on rough terrain, strong value vs premium joggers
  • Included parent organizer; compact standing fold

Worth knowing

  • A 2021 exact-model recall (batch Mar–Oct 2020) — check the label; free repair kit from Joovy
  • Lab testers struggled to run with it; the ~41 in handlebar does not adjust
  • Seat and canopy run small for tall kids despite the weight ceiling
  • Marketing weight copy (26.25 lb) and fold drawings disagree with the specs block on the same page

Best for

Budget buyers who want a full-size jogger with the longest published ride range and don't mind verifying the recall batch

Consider another option if

You train seriously for runs (the one lab test scored run-ability poorly), you need a newborn-from-day-one stroller (the seat is 3 months+ and the adapter is sold separately), or your child is tall for their age.

Helpful Questions

Is there a recall on this stroller?
Yes, batch-scoped: CPSC Recall 22-701 (October 2021) covers Zoom 360 Ultralight units with batch numbers from March 2020 through October 2020; about 9,200 strollers; because the front wheel bearing can fail. Check the label inside the leg; recalled units get a free front-wheel repair kit from Joovy. Units outside that batch range are not part of the recall.
Does the seat actually rotate 360 degrees?
No. The seat is fixed forward-facing; "360" appears only in the product name, and no official copy, manual or independent test documents a rotating-seat mechanism.
How much does it really weigh?
The official specs block says 25.7 lb (Amazon agrees at 11.7 kg). The same product page's marketing copy says "just 26.25 lbs"; the specs-block figure governs, and owners note it does not feel ultralight.
Can a newborn ride in it?
Not in the seat; it is not suitable under 3 months. Newborn use requires the car seat adapter (sold separately, SKU 9005) with a compatible infant seat from the official fit chart.
Will it fit in theme parks?
Joovy states it meets Disneyland/Disney World size requirements when the front wheel is unlocked. Individual parks set their own rules; check before you go.
