Our Take
Peri 180 is useful when rotating access would make infant loading easier without choosing a heavy combined stroller seat. The carrying-weight claim needs its qualifier: the canopy and inserts add about a pound to the under-8-lb figure. We would try the rotation and carrier release with the actual vehicle door opening, then compare the convenience against a conventional infant base. The rotating base stays in the car; this is still an infant carrier with a separate later convertible purchase.
What we like
- 180-degree base rotation
- No-rethread harness
- Five base recline positions
Worth knowing
- Headline weight excludes canopy and inserts.
- IC364 and newer package revisions should retain their own manuals.
